Rave on hoops offers the Hoopdazzle cardio workout. Its a feel-good fitness. Every body size is welcome with no experience required!

Class Description
Hoopdance can help you in many ways, by feeling confident, sexy and inner radiance. You learn how to use movement with your body to control the hoop instead of sight. Explore your inner feeling by expressing your attitude and spunk with movement. Working as a group builds and creates laughter and community. Cardio opportunities allow each person to work at there own level of fitness and joy.

What is covered for Beginners
No experience necessary! Classes will teach you the basic of hoopdance but at the same time have a blast, burn calories, and tones your whole body without even realizing you’re working out. Each class is an hour or hour and half, for lots of one-on-one attention and detailed instruction for you. Each day is devoted to increasing awareness in a different part of the body, while working with a specific move of hoopdance.

Rave On hoops offer two 6 week classes or one 12 week class covering beginning I and II. Both classes are taught by Certificed Hoop Girl Instructor Dawn, AKA-Hoopadazzle™.
